Lunchable Results

Lunchable Results is a monthly learning and networking series designed to build practical skills in using data and results-based thinking for positive community impact. Sessions take place on the last Wednesday of each month in 2025, offering quick, engaging, and actionable insights to help teams and organizations drive change.

Results Count 101

Results Count 101 is an interactive, foundational training designed to build the leadership skills necessary to create measurable, equitable results in Santa Cruz County. Grounded in the **Results Count™ framework** from the Annie E. Casey Foundation, this session provides tools to clarify results, align actions, and use data effectively to drive change.

This training is ideal for **County staff and community partners** who want to develop skills in results-based leadership and apply these practices within their teams, organizations, and networks.
