Santa Cruz County Consolidated Redevelopment Successor Agency Oversight Board

Overview

California Health & Safety Code Section 34179(j) establishes the Santa Cruz County Consolidated Redevelopment Successor Agency Oversight Board (Consolidated Oversight Board) to oversee the activities of the five redevelopment successor agencies in Santa Cruz County, thereby replacing all other redevelopment successor agency oversight boards effective July 1, 2018. The purpose of the Consolidated Oversight Board is to oversee and direct the Redevelopment Successor Agencies in the process of dissolving the former redevelopment agencies of Santa Cruz County.
