Santa Cruz County Redevelopment Successor Agency
The Santa Cruz County Redevelopment Agency was established by the Board of Supervisors in 1986, with one redevelopment project area in the Live Oak/Soquel area. Effective February 1, 2012, all redevelopment agencies in the State of California were dissolved pursuant to AB 1X 26.
On January 10, 2012, the County of Santa Cruz Board of Supervisors adopted a resolution to become the Successor Agency to the Santa Cruz County Redevelopment Agency, and to elect to assume the Agency's Housing assets and responsibilities.
