Equal Employment Opportunity

Training and Resources

Building an Inclusive Workplace Together:

The Equal Employment Opportunity (EEO) Office provides training and resources to support a workplace where every employee is treated with dignity and respect. These trainings help employees and supervisors prevent discrimination, understand and reduce implicit bias, and promote fairness in employment decisions. By investing in learning, the County of Santa Cruz strengthens its commitment to equity, inclusion, and providing excellent service to the community.

Training Programs

Our EEO Office offers training designed to build awareness, prevent discrimination, and promote respectful conduct at every level of the organization:

  • ADA & Reasonable Accommodation Training
