Required Forms for Building Permit Application Package

The following forms are required for building permit applications submitted through ePlan Review.

Please follow this guidance How to submit a project in ePlan. Your project will be composed of three PDF files: APP (Application), PLN (Plans), and SUP (Supplemental Documents). The contents of each is described below.

APP File - Please upload these combined into one file, with a bookmark for each form below.

• PLG 210 - Owner Agent Authorization - Owner-Agent Authorization Form PLG210

• PLG 270 - Alternate Design Material or Construction Method (This is only if you used Alternate Design or Materials) - Alternate Design Material Construction Form PLG270
