By June 2024, Personnel will pilot a project using automated business tools with key County departments and document the impacts on demographics and time-to-establish eligible lists.

Identify automation tools that support recruitment processes. Meet with customers to define baseline timelines, successes and unintended impacts, including equity considerations. Select recruitments in HSA-Behavioral Health and other departments to test an automated tool. Pilot the automated tool, analyze the results, and report on the results to the Board.
