DEI Survey

By June 2025, Personnel will increase employee participation in the Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI) Employee Survey by 35 percent, including a 35 percent increase in LGBTQ+ employee participation.

Continue to identify and implement viable suggestions from the 2022 DEI Survey in collaboration with other departments as appropriate from July 2023 through June 2025. Identify ways to emphasize anonymity of the survey and build trust to increase future survey participation by employees, particularly those who identify as LGBTQ+. Communicate implementation status quarterly to Equal Employment Opportunity (EEO)-related Commissions and County employees; and post updates on the EEO page of the Personnel website. Implement a second DEI survey by June 2024; compare results to the 2022 baseline survey data by January 2025; and post update on action item implementation by June 2025.
