IT Training

By June 2024, Information Services will survey at least 25 percent of County Microsoft 365 users to develop baseline needs for training and skill development, and will create a Microsoft 365 learning platform for County workforce, which will help employees to effectively organize, plan, present, and communicate.

Create baseline through use of Countywide survey. Analyze data to develop the plan to address the needs identified by the survey results. Implement the plan to improve training resources and accessibility to our customers. Survey the County workforce again to measure the success of this objective.
