Broadband Access

By June 2024, Human Services will expand technology access (by providing a free tablet, internet service, and training) to 70 home-bound seniors and/or adults with disabilities in the county which will reduce the effects of isolation and increase their access to resources.

Establish contract with local vendor to provide services. Work with vendor to develop and deploy performance measure tracking system and program evaluation tools. This will include a pre and post evaluation survey. Engage social workers in referring eligible clients to program. Monitor program performance and make changes as necessary during the grant period.
