Supportive Housing

By June 2025, Human Services, in collaboration with community partners, will increase the number of dedicated, building-specific supportive housing slots for individuals experiencing homelessness by at least 150 units and at least 150 individuals will be housed in these slots.

Secure and fully utilize Project Homekey Round 2 and 3 funding for designated projects for rapid housing development. Coordinate housing subsidy commitments with the Housing Authority. Support projects during construction and development issues as they arise such as land use and planning, building permitting, funding, cross-jurisdictional and cross-departmental issues. Develop and implement project lease-up plans through coordinated entry.
