Drought Response

By June 2025, HSA-Environmental Health will test a bilingual online drought response portal for reporting dry wells and accessing resources by working with 25 households in Domestic Well Service Areas, including at least 20 percent of households with Spanish as the main language.

Develop and translate content for the new portal. Identify households to test the new reporting portal through outreach and social media. Conduct focus groups with identified households to provide feedback on the reporting tool. Make adjustments to the reporting tool based on feedback, and release tool to the public.
