Food Inspections

By June 2025, HSA-Environmental Health will conduct 100 percent of food booth inspections using a revised standard based on community input.

Develop a formal inspection report for temporary food facilities. Update temporary food facility guidance documents. Develop an inspection marking guide and train staff to being implementation in January 2025. Test inspection process with a focus group of users, and make adjustments based on feedback.
