Purchase blue tooth enabled blood pressure cuffs. Hire program coordinator to manage the hypertension quality improvement project. Enable Electronic Health Record to accept blood pressure readings from patients participating in the program. Conduct in-services to clinical staff on proper blood pressure reading utilizing the American Medical Association and American Heart Association M.A.P Blood Pressure Program guidelines. Distribute, train and educate patients to use the blue-tooth enabled blood pressure cuffs.
