Identification of key stakeholders, sectors and MAT access points in Santa Cruz County. Complete process improvement mapping of all identified MAT sectors to identify strengths and barriers in our current MAT ecosystem. Facilitate two-day Process Improvement Event (PIE) for all MAT stakeholders to attend to provide training, education, analysis of mapping. Determine next steps for addressing barriers in identified sectors. Provide technical assistance to identified sectors to address barriers and implement strategies that will increase MAT access sites in Santa Cruz County.
