Cultural Humility

By June 2023, Health Services will have 75% of staff participate in cultural humility training to enable staff to provide services with a health equity and cultural humilty lens.

Supplement and not supplant current countywide efforts to address cultural humility. Secure funding to support training. During trainings, conduct a before and after survey to set a baseline. Utilize data collected from survey to determine how to increase culturally appropriate and health equity focus services to Health Services patients and clients and provide trainings to staff.
