Safety Program

Amended to extend timeline by 6 months.
By December 2023, General Services and Personnel will develop an overarching Safety Program that will include heightened employee awareness, measurable outcomes, and a reduction in adverse health and safety outcomes.

Select a team with representatives from Risk, Personnel, and General Services to review current Safety Program and develop a charter that will lay the groundwork. Meet with key departments and discuss current Safety Program and recommendations for the new and improved redesign. Schedule ongoing meetings with departments to discuss Safety Program redesign and receive feedback on progress.
