By June 2023, the County Administrative Office will ensure 90% of PRIMO! process improvement projects integrate Results-Based Accountability (RBA) performance measurement, and 90% of program budgets contain at least one measurable objective.

Provide RBA performance measurement training to 200 County staff annually. Continue to produce five public-facing data dashboards annually. Provide consulting and training to all dedicated PRIMO! teams, and integrate RBA performance measures into their projects.
