Develop a regional plan for modernized radio communication system with multiple implementation options. Develop a regional plan to implement the Department of Justice (DOJ) requirement for encrypted radio communications as outlined in CAL-DOJ bulletin #20-09-CJIS. Work with implementing partners to identify funding to operationalize the plan.
