Create specific questions on registration software (ActiveNet) to capture level of income and race/ethnicity to create a baseline. Create a contract with a company to translate the Activity Guide into Spanish. Work with other non-profits and organizations to market bilingual classes and increase the number of bilingual classes offered by 15%. Secure funding for contractor for translation and bilingual contractors to offer recreational classes.
