By June 2024, Personnel will decrease the time to process classification requests by 10%, improving services to our internal customers.

Gather data to determine baseline process length for various types of classification requests (i.e., vacant reclass, filled reclass, etc.). |
Review other jurisdictions processes for best practices. |
Identify and eliminate waste; review current forms used in process and determine if modifications need to be made, such as conversion to electronic forms. |
Design a classification website to share information with other jurisdictions completing salary studies. |
