Shadow 4Leaf Plan Checking staff to learn the greenline system for reducing corrections in building plan check. Confirm that legal protections are adequate to implement greenlining. Revise practices in plan check to favor greenlining over correction. Develop menu of greenline-eligible corrections, develop standard details to attach to plans, consider deferred processes, train plan-check staff. Implement a sampling program to measure number of comments before and after implementation of greenlining program.
