Create an inventory of available public data sets currently used by the Sheriff-Coroner. Do a performance measurement sprint with the Sheriff-Coroner to create a public dashboard template. Test and refine dashboard with feedback from key stakeholders including the Sheriff-Coroner and community leaders. Publish the dashboard on the County's performance measurement website.
