Complete a stakeholder engagement process to develop a comprehensive suicide prevention plan. Assess internal capacity and expertise across the existing spectrum of community education and prevention programs. Establish stakeholder advisory group to review best practice models on community education, and developing an anti-stigma campaign in the County. Develop a communications plan and timeline for community education campaign key activities.
